Our 33 litre Green box (TSO32) is designed for storing and transporting your o-gauge model railway stock. Its wide-cut slots (slot width 68mm) mean it is ideal for all o-gauge stock.

While its foam insert widths are identical to those of our Red box, the Green box differs with its different foam depths, which have been engineered to offer enhanced access to stock, which our customers find particularly beneficial for the more delicate models in their collections.

The Box

Made from durable plastic, the box is stackable which is ideal for long-term storage in a range of environments.
Handles make the box less cumbersome and easy to transport - perfect for taking your stock to the railway club or to exhibitions.
Also available in ‘White - Extra Strong’ - these boxes feature a reinforced design, making them especially suited to those who are often on the go with their railway stock.

The Inserts

25mm top layer and 25mm base layer for extra protection.
Dual middle layer (35mm and 60mm) makes it easier than ever to remove your stock from the box.
4 slots cut into the foam (slot width 68mm, slot length 560mm), in which you can safely store your O-gauge stock by removing the foam slot inserts. These inserts come with pre-cut groves, making them easy to cut to ‘buffer’ your stock to stop it rolling in transit.

33 ltr boxes

I recently met Mark at the Exeter model railway exhibition. Mark advised me on the boxes that suited my needs best, but had sold out. He emailed me within a couple of days to say he had new stock & I purchased 3 for my O gauge collection.
These boxes are superb as is the service & advice. I will be buying more as my collection grows.

O gauge 33ltr box

Perfect for the 4 O gauge Mk1 coaches I recently purchased. When taking my coaches out, or putting them back into the Trainsporter box, the split layer of foam makes it so much easier and with less risk of damaging my coaches than fighting on with their original boxes and polystyrene packing. I will definitely be buying more for my other stock.

O gauge storage container

The container was well packed and was received promptly and in good order. I had seen a display of these storage containers at Risex at Stoke Mandeville and also noted that many layouts there were using them. These are well designed and robust and I may purchase another in due course

Fantastic product and Amazing service

Having previously ordered an O gauge wagon box I was thoroughly impressed and took the plunge ordering 2 loco boxes. The boxes are strong and high quality. The foam inserts are great with pre-cut divides that can be pulled apart to the required length. Having my Heljan locos stored in these has made storage and transport much simpler.

In terms of service, I ordered the boxes lunchtime on a Friday and they arrived on the Saturday Afternoon which is an incredible turnaround.
I would highly recommend the boxes. I will certainly be ordering more in the future and have even just picked up an N gauge version at a recent show.
