Shipping policy

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

Shipping is charged at £5.00 for a single item, or free for 2 or more items in a single order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of them being placed (Monday to Friday).

We ship all orders via DPD using their Next Day service.

Once an order is dispatched an email will be sent to the email address associated with the order, which will offer information on tracking that order.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee order delivery times or offer compensation for any delays involved. Trainsporters and our delivery partners do our best to make sure orders arrive in the expected timeframe, but external factors may delay that effort.

Please note that, on occasion, the warehouse will close for a number of consecutive days, due to staff holidays. This information will be communicated on the website with dates of expected return and allow customers to decide whether they wish to complete any orders. During these periods ordering via the website will still be possible but there will be no deliveries until the warehouse reopens.
