Trainsporters at the Marlow, Maidenhead & District MRC Winter Show 2026

Trainsporters will be attending the Marlow, Maidenhead & District Model Railway Club Winter Show, taking place in early January 2026 at Cox Green Community Centre in Maidenhead.

This well-supported winter exhibition is a popular start to the modelling year, offering a friendly, local atmosphere with a varied mix of layouts, traders, and demonstrations.

Event Details

  • Date: Saturday 10 January 2026
  • Venue: Cox Green Community Centre, Highfield Lane, Cox Green, Maidenhead, SL6 3AX
  • Admission: Adults £6, Children (5–14) £3, Under 5s free
  • Family Ticket: £15 (2 adults + 2 or more children)

The show features a compact but interesting selection of layouts across several gauges, including:

  • Mamhead – O gauge (GWR)
  • Quarry View – O gauge
  • Helland Wharf – OO gauge (BR 1950s–60s)
  • Stonethwaite and Bainrigg Railway – O-16.5
  • Llanfair Rhyd – OO-9
  • Southwick – O gauge
  • Cromwell Road Bridge – O gauge (BR 1950s–60s)
  • Cub Kids Layout – OO gauge

A rolling stock weathering demonstration will also be running during the day.
