The Exe Model Railway Society Exhibition 2026 takes place on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July 2026 at the Matford Centre, Exeter. With layouts across a wide range of gauges, plus demonstrations and a strong trader line-up, it promises to be a great weekend for railway modellers in the South West.

Layouts across a wide range of gauges
The exhibition features a large and varied layout list, including O gauge, OO gauge, OO9, N gauge, HO, HOm, HOe, TT, S gauge and LEGO railways. Highlights include Chard Junction, Shobrooke Road, Ditcheat Junction, Cardiff Canton, Moor Boxes, Port Dominic & Nucor Steel, Heavitree Central and the Great Western Brick Railway.
Demonstrations and societies
Visitors can also enjoy demonstrations from groups and specialists including the Exeter O Gauge Group, Exeter N Gauge Group, The Exmoor Weatherman, South Western Circle, EM Gauge Society, 2mm Scale Association and Devon Model Railways.
